• Noel Christian Brown, 29, 160 Richard Way, Athens, charged with failure to yield right of way to vehicle and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Nahun Orlando Canales, 36, 124 Second St., Apt. 56, Winder, charged with simple battery (family violence), cruelty to children, public drunkenness and littering from a motor vehicle
• Taylor Oshay Carter, 21, 909 Elijah Way, Bethlehem, charged with failure to appear
• Christine C. Cassell, 23, 1582 Armendia Circle, Dacula, charged with driving without a valid license
• Anthony Dwayne Cole, 34, 517 Greenfield Drive, Statham, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Tina Cole Dalton, 34, 1315 Lakewood Drive, Atlanta, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and prescription drugs must be in their original container
• Steven Anthony Davis, 27, 1524 Betts Creek Drive, Auburn, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Wendy Jo Dees, 43, 4419 Wagon Trail, Loganville, charged with probation violation
• Michael Jody Elrod, 37, 1304 Tom Miller Road, Bethlehem, charged with aggravated assault (family violence), false imprisonment, battery (family violence, first offense), two counts cruelty to children (family violence) and two counts obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call
