Job description: Responsible for providing human resources leadership, guidance and counsel to support management and associates located on the Winder campus. A primary function of this role is to protect and maintain Chico’s FAS’ union free status in the distribution and contact centers. Proactively communicate Chico’s FAS' union free philosophy through education, communication and understanding of related issues and law and by addressing all issues towards the purpose of providing an issue free/union free environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred. Must have eight or more years of progressive experience in human resources with proven HR generalist skills in employee relations, employment law, performance management, and/or other related areas. Retail/distribution experience preferred.
