His 2011 columns have been published as, I got the South in my mouth and I can't get it out. It is the story of his travels in 2011 to promote his first book Informally Educated. A true story of severe child abuse, crime, con games and murder. It chronicles his family's six year struggle to survive.

Kennesaw, was born in Milledgeville, Georgia but now lives in Florida with his lovely wife Mary Carmen. He is writing two books on location there. A Bloody Twist of Lime and The Cuban Cain Cutter.
