ReplyShelly, I will miss your column and I am putting a yellow ribbon on my dog's leash. She has always been friendly with other dogs until we had kids, now she is in hyper-protective mode and won't let anybody near my boys.

I would say this was successful if it was a secret Dadaist event with the intent of making 500 children cry. I’ve never seen mass disappointment on this scale. It did become quite humorous after I dried my kids’ tears. Maybe it was a nefarious plot to use Easter as a tool to teach children the evolutional theory of survival of the fittest.
