According to an ABC News report, the agency is making the move to curb financial losses. The plan would save the agency about $2 billion annually, the report says. It's impressive that they stay afloat at all given the pressure Congress put on them. It's an essential public service that doesn't cost the public anything, so they need to do whatever they need to do to stay in business. more ›
