Gateway Station Building Could be Complete by Late January
A podiatrist recently signed a lease for suite 200 within the planned 14,000-square-foot development.
The 14,000-square-foot building that will be known as Gateway Station could be complete by late January, Wayne Bartlett with Maynard and Bartlett Realty Group of Winder said. The main tenant within the development, which is being built on Exchange Boulevard that runs parallel to Ga. Highway 316, will be Top Dawg Tavern, a family-oriented restaurant that will seat 160 to 180 guests. The retail center will also include a nail salon, and a podiatrist, Dr. Jonnica Dozier, recently signed a lease for suite 200 within the building. Work on that suite will begin soon, Bartlett said.
