Winder Business Moving Closer to 316

Turtle Creek Wine & Spirits, which is currently located at 429 Loganville Highway near Fort Yargo, is set to move into a newly-constructed building later this year.

A Winder business has plans to move closer to Ga. Highway 316.  Turtle Creek Wine & Spirits is set to leave its current location at 429 Loganville Highway near Fort Yargo State Park for a new building that will be constructed behind Chick-fil-A along Exchange Boulevard.  A sign is posted at the future location, which is just down from Gateway Station, a 14,000-square-foot development that will see its first business, the sports bar Top Dawg Tavern, open March 4.  A total of 160 acres along Exchange Boulevard are earmarked for grocery, retail, restaurant, office and medical space within Gateway at University Parkway. A Varsity restaurant will be built in front of the movie theater, Gateway Cinemas 12 and plans for a Longhorn Steakhouse …
