Two Dogs Rescued from House Fire, Adult and Child Escape Separate Blaze Unharmed
Two adults and an adult and child are displaced as a result of the two fires.
In two separate incidents in Barrow County this past week, two dogs and an adult and child escaped home fires. At 4:46 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, communication officers with Barrow County Emergency Services received several 911 calls reporting smoke and fire showing from a home in the 900 block of Justin Drive. Engine 1, Engine 6, Med 6 and Battalion 1 were dispatched to the incident. “Upon arrival of firefighters, smoke was showing throughout the home with flames visible in the kitchen area of the home,” Lt.
