Cops: Man Poses as Doctor at Clinic — Douglasville Patch A Douglasville man allegedly posed as a doctor at his Smyrna clinic and sexually battered a woman who went to the clinic last month for a required immigration physical, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant. Patrick Ikponmwosu Ogbebor was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery and practicing medicine without a license. According to the warrant, a woman went to the Mosthouse Lab Test & Healthcare Clinic on Feb. 21 to have an immigration physical, but Ogbebor "went far and beyond the standard set up by USCIS, Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record" when he administered a mammogram and a pelvic exam. Alcohol Billboard to be Moved — Douglasville Patch On Friday, Diageo Distributors, which happens to be the largest alcohol distributor in the US, placed a billboard for Crown Royal Maple Flavor liquor directly underneath Live Healthy Douglas’ underage drinking message billboard. "We have notified the billboard company and they are working on moving the ad (today)," Tamekis Williams, Public Health Educator Cobb & Douglas Public Health, said in an email."I have expressed that we are very disturbed by this matter and want the billboard down ASAP! The alcohol company could have chosen this location because they know it would cause conversation and in turn attract more attention to their billboard." Production Company to Film TV Pilot in Norcross — Norcross Patch In a special called meeting Monday, the Norcross City Council approved the permit application for a production company to film a TV show pilot in the downtown area. FTP Productions plans to film the ABC pilot for a supernatural drama called "The Returned" from Wednesday, March 13, to Friday, March 15. Most filming will take place at the Pafford home at 566 N.
