The 15-year-old is reported to have been missing since Feb. 14.
A 15-year-old girl is reported to be missing. Chelsea Redd, who is also known as Ceecee Taylor, was last seen going to a friend's house but never made it there, a Barrow Patch user said in an e-mail to Patch. She was last seen at Ga. Highway 211 and Hog Mountain Road. If you have information on the teen's whereabouts, please call the Barrow County Sheriff's Office at 770-307-3080.
