Man Says Kool-Aid Drink Made Him Want to Kill — Cartersville Patch A man who was reportedly walking into traffic after midnight on North Tennessee Street said five men gave him a drink that made him want to kill three of those men. Tavaris Eugene Major, 25, of North Erwin Street in Cartersville, told police Wednesday about 12:02 a.m. that "sometime" that day two African-American men and three men from Mexico gave him a cup of Kool-Aid and told him to drink it. Woman: Thief Shoved the Skeleton Into Car and Took off — Decatur Patch Nancy Wilkinson says grinches are stealing her holiday decorations — and her good spirits. Wilkinson, known around Decatur for going all out to decorate her house on Adair Street for Halloween, Christmas and other holidays, said a young woman stole a life-sized medical skeleton Monday afternoon. "This was bold," she said in an email. "The woman pulled into our driveway and ran up on the porch. Susan (her partner) saw her come up and was heading for the door when she saw the woman dash down the stairs with the skeleton. She banged on the windows and yelled, but the thief kept moving. Cops: Man Poses as Doctor at Clinic — Douglasville Patch A Douglasville man allegedly posed as a doctor at his Smyrna clinic and sexually battered a woman who went to the clinic last month for a required immigration physical, according to a Cobb County criminal warrant. Patrick Ikponmwosu Ogbebor was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery and practicing medicine without a license. According to the warrant, a woman went to the Mosthouse Lab Test & Healthcare Clinic on Feb. 21 to have an immigration physical, but Ogbebor "went far and beyond the standard set up by USCIS, Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record" when he administered a mammogram and a pelvic exam. Bomb Threat Made in Bank Robbery — Duluth Patch Gwinnett County Police are looking for a man who is suspected of robbing a Chase Bank Monday, Feb. 18, after indicating that he had a bomb. According to a press release emailed Tuesday afternoon, police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith said the robbery was reported at the Chase Bank at 3780 Old Norcross Road in unincorporated Duluth around 1:15 p.m. Monday. Metro Residents Excited Over Obama Visit — Decatur Patch Almost everybody in Decatur is buzzing over the president's visit. He'll arrive at Dobbins Air Force Base in Marietta in the late morning, stop at the Learning Center and make remarks at the Decatur Recreation Center before heading back to Washington in the afternoon. One APD Officer Among 10 Metro Area Officers Arrested for Protecting Drug Dealers — Buckhead Patch United States Attorney Sally Yates held a news conference Tuesday afternoon to inform citizens about 10 metro Atlanta officers who were arrested for their alleged involvement in protecting presumed cocaine traffickers. According to U.S. Attorney Yates, the charges, "arose out of an ATF investigation of an Atlanta area street gang in August 2011." Police Searching for McDonald's Armed Robbery Suspects — Dunwoody Patch Dunwoody Police are searching for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery that occurred early Monday morning at a McDonald's on Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
