My suggestions about the security of schools is to grill all the windows and at the main entrance to have a guard checking ID everyone who wants to come inside of school and a metal detector for every kind of weapons. I know it sound like jail but in this way they create more jobs for people as guardians and our children will be safe and secure.   more ›

Superintendent of Schools Sees Raise for 2012-13 from State Step Increase

Cindy Beggs, administrative assistant to the superintendent, said that under the state step increase plan, every certified educator is eligible for a raise based on years of experience.
