Barrow Patch is at the Barrow County Administration Building waiting for elections results. This article will be updates as results come in. Please note results are unofficial until certified by the Georgia Secretary of State's Office. 8:24 p.m. — Two of 16 precincts reporting with Romney with 1,057 to Obama's 295 and Gary Johnson with 43 votes.
