A government access channel owned and operated by the city of Winder, WTV21 is housed in the Winder Cultural Arts Center on Athens Street in the downtown area.
Winder TV produces original programming, including "Talk of the Town," a series hosted by motivational speaker Karen Allen, and "CopTalk," hosted by Captain Dennis Dorsey and Major Todd Druse of the city police department.
WTV21 also provides coverage of Barrow County Board of Commissioners meetings and airs programs received via satellite from third-party sources, including NASA TV, The Pentagon Channel and Classic Arts Showcase. WTV21 programming can be viewed online via live video stream at windertv.org.
