Best kept secret in Winder. Friendly folks, creative menu, great food!!

This is our favorite restaurant - we eat here about once a week. My favorite is Mike's homemade potato chips - oh, and his eggs benedict.

Myself, my husband & my kids absolutely LOVE this restaurant!!! Their quiche is to die for and they will go out of their way to make what you want. Their friend pickles are excellent!! The staff and owners are always so kind and super friendly. I have small kids and they pick my kids up and play with them as if they were their own. These folks are sweet and their food is great!!! I eat there at least once a week, sometimes two! You have to try Mike and Vals!!!!

Mike and Vals is a quaint resturant in Downtown Winder. The food is wonderful, very reasonably priced and the staff is great. I love their quiche!
Everyone should support our local businesses. If more people would support them, then more business would come into the Winder Area.

What a wonderful place to eat; great food, the friendliest owners/workers you've ever met..........I take my handicapped husband there at least once a week...........his favorite is the breakfast and the fact that if its not on the menu Mike goes out of his way to fix it as requested. Everyone should take advantage of this great home town, home made food place........support it or we'll lose a great place to dine. Marvin and Carol Murphy

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is exceptional, the service is fast and friendly. Mike's cooking is delicious and Val makes us feel like we are the most important people she has ever met. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Try it!

Excellent restaurant.. Menu has lot of choices.. Great and friendly service. I recommend the french toast for breakfast.
