Community Update

This is a very shady company. They owe back taxes on all their homes and have sold thier homes to people expecting the renters/owners to pay the back taxes. There is no information from the office about who runs the company. They have not provided titles to people who have bought the homes only a bill of sale. and they have not reported their sales to the tax commissioners office.
