City Councilman David Maynard Ousts Incumbent Chip Thompson for Winder Mayor’s Seat
Larry Evans took the majority of votes for an at-large council seat, while incumbent Councilman Charlie Eberhart held on to Ward 2.
Unofficial results in the Winder municipal election have ousting incumbent with 745 votes to Thompson’s 548.
Larry Evans drew 828 votes over opponent 431 for an at-large council seat.
Incumbent Councilman Charlie Eberhart received 158 votes to challenger 39 votes.
