Barrow County Residents Take Advantage of Early Voting Opportunity

Early voting will continue through Friday, Nov. 2. with Election Day falling on Tuesday, Nov. 6.

Barrow County voters have made good use of the opportunity to vote early this year with voting beginning last Saturday and continuing through this week.

According to an article in the Barrow County News, Election Supervisor Monica Franklin is reporting that 9,253 people have voted so far in Barrow County. Across Georgia reports are indicating that 1,159,980 people have already cast their votes.

Advance voting will continue through Friday, Nov. 2 with voting hours extended from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Early voting is available inside the Barrow County Board of Commissioners located at 233 E. Broad Street in Winder. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 6 and polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
