24-7 Phone Payments Now an Option for Winder Utility Bills
The new system began on Monday, March 17.

The City of Winder is excited to announce that phone payments can now be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Starting Monday, March 17, 2014 you may now pay your Utility Bill by phone anytime.
To reach this automated system just dial the main number to the City of Winder (770) 867-3106 and select the option for phone payments through our phone system.
