Police were dispatched to the McNeal Road store after a clerk called 911 to report a woman in a zebra and leopard patterned dress had threatened to kill the clerk's children. When officers arrived, the woman, later identified as Patricia Frady, 31, of Winder, was standing at the cash register paying for some items. The officers overheard Frady tell the clerk she "did not mean to offend your children."

When the woman heard a police radio, she turned around and asked, "Are you guys here for me?"
"At that time I notified the subject that we needed to talk outside about an incident and that she was not in any trouble," the officer wrote in the report. "She immediately threw her items that she purchased on the ground and fell to the ground in the 'fetal' position. She started banging her head on the floor multiple times."
The officers placed Frady in handcuffs for "her safety as well as ours" and escorted her outside where she was placed in the backseat of one of the patrol cars with the door left open.
Frady, according to the report, screamed "Why are you arresting me?" When informed officers were there to investigate a possible threat against the clerk's children, Frady reportedly started to scream, yell and bang her head on the glass in the patrol car.
"She continued to kick, scream, and yell stating she was going to kill me, hurt me, and other obscenities," the officer wrote. The other obscenities, the report stated, including calling the officer a "[expletive deleted] pig."
Frady allegedly informed the officer she was highly educated and said, "I know the minerals in your yard." When asked if she had completed high school, Frady said she had not and reportedly continued to scream "I am going to kill you" and "Voodoo is going to get you."
The officer checked Frady's information through dispatch and learning she had an outstanding warrant. At that point the officer closed the door of the patrol car and notified dispatch that Frady was under arrest.
Frady, the officer noted, was "very violent and highly agitated." She reportedly continued to bang her head on the dividing glass in the patrol car and allegedly offered to perform oral sex on the officer as she licked the window.
"[Frady] licked multiple windows in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and mumbled various things like 'Voodoo will get you,' 'I am going to own you,' 'Watch out for me when I get out'," the arrest report stated.
A Winder police corporal responded to the scene to check on the officers and, upon his arrival, Frady reportedly said, "Hey, I know you! Pay me money and I will [expletive deleted] you."
Frady was "quickly" transported to the Barrow County Detention Center. While searching Frady for drugs or contraband, deputies located a silver pipe with orange tape that was, according to the report, "used to smoke methamphetamine and other illegal drugs." Frady also reportedly had a clear, small baggy containing a crystal-like substance which appeared to be methamphetamine.
Frady was booked into the jail on charges of terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor probation violation. No charges are listed related to the pipe or suspected methamphetamine.
