Winder Woman Charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery Following Altercation

A Winder resident was arrested Dec. 4, 2011, after reportedly cutting two people with a sharp object.

Magdoline Barnes Little, 59, of 201 Dreamland Court, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery after two individuals reported being cut by the Winder resident at her home.

A female victim reported being cut her on her face next to her right eye, her right ear, the right side of her neck and on her right arm in the area of her elbow when she arrived at Little’s home to pick up her boyfriend, the male victim, who said he had been visiting Little, with whom he had a prior relationship.

The man had been cut on the left side of his face behind his left ear almost to his mouth.

The female victim left the residence in her vehicle following the incident and called 911, while the male victim left on foot.

Both victims were taken to for treatment.

According to an incident report, the vehicle the female victim drove had blood drops on the center console, on driver's front seat, on the trim on the floor board next to the driver's door, on the driver's door panel and on the front hood, grill and bumper. Blood drops were found on the steps outside the front door of the residence, on the kitchen floor and in the bathroom on the vanity.
