Siblings are being held by law enforcement after Winder police say they found a body Monday afternoon buried at a residence on Sixth Avenue.
According to a news release, the Winder Police Department responded to the 200 block of Sixth Avenue after receiving information from the Pensacola Police Department in reference to a missing person. At the location, investigators found information that led to a search warrant. The body was buried in the ground and encased in concrete. Winder police have not yet released an ID on the victim. The Barrow County News reports the body is believed to be that of a missing Florida man.
Brothers Christopher Cormier and William Cormier are being held pending charges. The investigation is ongoing.
