On Oct. 16, the deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Venture van for a headlight violation. The driver, Daniel Baker, 32, of Winder, did not have his license with him, but provided his name and date of birth.
Once the deputy checked the information in the state criminal information system database, he discovered Baker had an outstanding warrant out of Gwinnett County for probation violation.
The deputy placed Baker in handcuffs, but then ran into a problem.
"I could not secure him in the back seat of my patrol car due to his size," the deputy wrote in the report. "Daniel is six feet, seven inches tall and weighs over three hundred and fifty pounds."
Another deputy with a larger patrol vehicle -- a Chevrolet Tahoe -- responded to the scene to transport Baker to the Barrow County Detention Center.
