Do You Recognize These Individuals? Suspects Sought in Armed Robbery of Bethlehem Dollar General

Images from the store’s video surveillance are being released to the public in hopes of identifying the suspects.

Three unidentified black males entered the Dollar General store in Bethlehem about 10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, and committed armed robbery, according to a news release issued by the Barrow County Sheriff's Office. The suspects threatened the cashier and fled with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspects' faces were partially concealed during the crime, and images from the store’s video surveillance are being released to the public in hopes of identifying the suspects.

According to the news release, the cashier was cleaning the store and preparing to close when the three men entered and one grabbed her by the neck and forced her to the ground. At least one of the suspects threatened the cashier with a handgun. There was a second employee in the store who heard the incident and locked herself in the office where she was able to dial 911.  The suspects obtained money from the cashier during this time and fled prior to deputies' arrival.

Investigators are following up on leads but no arrests have been made.

Anyone who may recognize the suspects, or who has information about this incident, should call the sheriff’s Office's Criminal Investigations Division, at 770-307-3080, ext. 3083.

I grew up in a Winder where doors were not locked and the town was full of folks shopping! SometimesRead More a moonshiner would get caught or the parking meter would run out of time and one would get a parking ticket by one of the three cops in town! Now I keep a weapon handy because of voices and footsteps on the pavement at night! Where are these people coming from and going to after one o'clock in the morning? Why does it take so long for a policeman to show up after a call is made,if they show up at all? I've watched nice homes on my street turn into dumps. They are rented by owners who are only interested in the money and not the quality of people who are renting. Yeah, I keep a weapon and it's loaded for a thief or prowler! When seconds count a cop is only several minutes away,if at all!
