Supreme Court Upholds Barrow County Man's Murder Conviction

Emory Teasley and his two brothers were convicted in the 2005 shooting of a man at a Winder store.

On Monday, Oct. 7, the Georgia Supreme Court decided to uphold the 2006 murder conviction of a Barrow County man.

Emory Teasley was convicted along with his two brothers in connection with a 2005 shooting death at a Winder store, Access North Georgia reports.

The Supreme Court's decision was unanimous.
