Shoplifter's Theft of Snickers Bars Left Him Unsatisfied

He returned the candy when a store employee asked about that "awkward bulge underneath his jacket."

A shoplifter made it out of a convenience store with a box of Snickers candy bars, but he never got a taste.

A store employee at the Super H Chevron in Bethlehem said she noticed the man had an “awkward bulge underneath his jacket” and knew he was concealing a stolen item, according to a Barrow County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

When she stopped the man outside near the gas pumps, he admitted to shoplifting and gave her the stolen box of 24 Snickers Almond candy bars. He then ran off.
