Santa Claus, Sparky and Winder Fire Department to Visit Local Subdivisions
Santa will visit several neighborhoods to collect toys and cash for the Empty Stocking Drive.
Santa will be making a visit to several local neighborhoods on Saturday, Dec. 14.
The Winder Fire Department, along with Santa and Sparky, will visit the following subdivisions to collect new toys and cash donations for the Empty Stocking Drive.
Subdivisions and estimated visit times:
- Cedar Crest - 8:30 a.m.-8:55 a.m.
- Park Place - 9:10 a.m.-9:55 a.m.
- Windermere - 10 a.m.-10:25 a.m.
- Paris Pointe - 10:30 a.m.-10:50 a.m.
- Waverly Place- 10:55 a.m.-11:05 a.m.
- St. Ives - 11:10 a.m.–11:45 a.m.
- Northwoods - 12 p.m.-12:20 p.m.
- Chestnut Ridge - 12:25 a.m.-1:10 p.m.
- Overlook - 1:20-p.m.-2 p.m.
New toys and cash donations may also be made at the Winder Fire Department, 96 North Broad Street.
The department issued the following statement in a press release:
"The Winder Fire Department wishes to express its sincere gratitude to all of our citizens. Without the generosity of contributions this drive would not be possible."
