Police Searching for Missing Winder Man

Anyone who has contact with Richard Maner is asked to notify the Winder Police Department by calling 770-867-2156.

A 38-year-old Winder man is missing and, due to his mental state and inability to fully care for himself, is considered endangered. 

The is searching for Richard Maner, who reportedly suffers from an unknown mental illness causing Maner to have a child-like mentality. Maner lives with his step-brother and left his residence July 23. 

Maner is described as a white male who was last seen wearing a black, long-sleeve shirt with “Godsmack” written on it, navy pants, navy and white shoes and was possibly carrying a duffle bag. He is approximately 5’08” tall and 180 pounds with black and grey hair. Maner is believed to have left Winder walking.
