Man Arrested After Refusing to Leave Winder KFC Yells 'Jamie Hood' on the Way to Jail

A Lithonia man was arrested in Barrow County recently after he refused to leave the Winder . 

While being transported to the , the man yelled profanity and repeatedly yelled "Jamie Hood", according to an incident report. 

On April 21, 2012, an officer with the was dispatched to the fast-food restaurant on Athens Street in reference to a report of a customer refusing to leave the establishment. 

When the officer arrived, the suspect, identified later as 42-year-old Antonio Wilburn of 1883 Taffetta Cove in Lithonia, was "extremely intoxicated and smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage", according to the incident report. When the officer asked the man for his date of birth, he reportedly responded multiple times with his address. 

The manager on duty told the officer the suspect and a female had entered the restaurant and were using profanity in a "loud, boisterous manner". The manager said the man was yelling at the female but she was not responding.

When the officer spoke to the female, she said she and the suspect had visited his father's house in Gwinnett County, where the man had began drinking and using "other stuff".

According to the female, the suspect was acting strange and she told him to let her out at the KFC so she could get a cab home. That's when the suspect entered the restaurant cursing and the manager asked him to leave.

Wilburn was arrested and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace before being transported to the Barrow County Detention Center. According to the incident report, on the way there, Wilburn yelled profanity and repeatedly yelled, "Jamie Hood".
