Have You Seen This Teen?
The 15-year-old is reported to have been missing since Feb. 14.
A 15-year-old girl is reported to be missing.
Chelsea Redd, who is also known as Ceecee Taylor, was last seen going to a friend's house but never made it there, a Barrow Patch user said in an e-mail to Patch. She was last seen at Ga. Highway 211 and Hog Mountain Road.
