Guests Attending Bethlehem Wedding Report Vehicle Break-ins

Several windows were broken out of cars parked at Bethlehem First United Methodist Church on Saturday.

Thieves targeted vehicles belonging to guests attending a wedding in Bethlehem on Saturday. 

Three vehicles parked at were broken into. 

Items that were taken from the vehicles included a silver Coach purse and contents valued at $400, a black, leather Coach bag valued at $400, along with contents, and a tan Coach wallet valued at $230 value. 

A deputy with the also responded to on Saturday in reference to a separate report of a vehicle break-in. 

The complainant said he and his family were leaving the theater when he noticed the rear passenger window on his vehicle had been broken out and his wife’s Coach purse had been stolen.

The deputy was able to lift five latent prints on the rear passenger door.

I try really hard to remember to not leave anything of value visible inside my car. I often move things from inside my car to the trunk if I am concerned about a potential theft. Whenever I forget I want to kick myself.
