Former County Employee Involved in Christmas Day Shooting Jailed for Probation Violation
Todd Orr, who was arrested last year following an incident Christmas Day in which his pregnant daughter was shot, was booked into the Barrow County Detention Center on Monday.
A former Barrow County Emergency Services employee who was involved in a has been arrested for probation violation.
Winder resident Todd Orr was sentenced earlier this year to 24 months of probation and was required to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations and any needed treatment. The sentence followed his arrest and subsequent charges stemming from an incident in which his pregnant daughter was shot attempting to wrestle a gun away from him.
