Family Offers Reward to Catch Lance Cole's Killer

Cole, 24, was shot to death in his Statham home in November, 2013.

The family of Lance Cole is offering a reward to find out who shot and killed the Statham man in November.

Cole, 24, was killed on Nov. 19, 2013, in his home at 2000 Kirkland Circle in Statham, by a gunshot to the head.

Cole, a 2008 graduate of Apalachee High School, was found dead by a family member.

The Barrow County Sheriff’s Office posted on its Facebook page Tuesday afternoon that the family has collected $2,500 to go toward a reward.

The Sheriff’s Office posted the following:

“Our investigation, even though it is arduous, has plateaued at this point. We are working close with the family to request help from the public. Clearly there are people out there who have information in this case. For the sake of Lance’s family and for the sake of justice we are asking them to come forward with whatever information they may have.”
