Bethlehem Man Facing Child Molestation Charges

The abuse allegedly took place during sleepovers with the suspect's children.

A Bethlehem man was arrested May 11 and is facing charges related to alleged child molestation. 

According to a incident report, on April 9 a couple reported their juvenile daughter had accused 47-year-old Steven Scott Marion, of Cole Circle in Bethlehem, of sexually abusing her.

The juvenile claimed the abuse happened during sleepovers with the suspect's children at his home. According to the incident report, the juvenile said the suspect told her to keep quiet or else.

Marion has been charged with sexual battery, 11 counts cruelty to children, 16 counts aggravated sexual battery, 11 counts sodomy (aggravated sodomy) and 11 counts aggravated child molestation.
