Morris Lloyd Conway, 31, 64 Main St., Lot 1, Auburn, charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment, battery and obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call

Brandon Lee Cook, 24, 316 Canard Lot 100, Auburn, hold for Madison County Sheriff’s Office

Carlos Jesus Cortezabarca, 38, 66 E. New St., Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, driving while license suspended or revoked, DUI — alcohol and giving false name, addrss or birth date to law enforcement officers

Algernon G. Dennis, 25, 1435 Diamond Key, Stone Mountain, charged with two counts willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats (felony), disorderly conduct and public drunkenness

Nanette Louise Downing, 54, 707 Westbury Drive, Bethlehem, charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree

Gerald Walter Dulaney, 53, 596 Eighth St., Statham, charged with abandonment of certain dangerous drugs, poisons or controlled substances, marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce, manufacture/possess, etc., controlled or counterfeit substance near park/house project, obstruction or hindering law enforcement, possession and use of drug-related objects and simple battery against police officer/LE dog/corrections or detention

Donald Leon Edwards, 47, homeless, charged with urban camping and public drunkenness
