• Thomas Lamar Culberson, 40, 195 Pine Rock Road, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Vonepasong Ditthavong, 28, 2981 Mars Hill Road, Watkinsville, charged with DUI — drugs and endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Gerald Ray Fleming, 43, 608 County Line Road, Covington, charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree, battery, sic counts aggravated assault, simple assault (family violence) and aggravated stalking
• Sean Tylon Forrester, 52, 144 Autry Road, Auburn, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Erica Danielle Garrett, 25, E. Midland Road, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• William Rodney Gasaway, 29, 778 Chancey Circle, Winder, charged with discharging firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Regina Ann Gazaway, 49, 4335 Braselton Highway, Braselton, charged with possession of methamphetamine
• Charline Herd Jenkins, 39, 2240 Whippopwill Road, Bishop, charged with criminal trespass and five counts theft by taking (misdemeanor)
• Joshua Andrew Lancaster, 26, 2252 Rocks Ram Court, Buford, charged with possession of open alcohol container and DUI — alcohol
• Alvin Wordlaw Meeks, 59, 316 Carter Road, Lot No. 41, Auburn, charged with terroristic threats and acts
• Susan Eileen Moon, 61, 256 Sixth Ave., Winder, charged with battery, driver’s view obstructed, simple battery, cruelty to children, three counts battery (family violence, first offense) and simple battery (family violence)
• Charles Daney Parker, 41, 1232 Cabots Drive, Auburn, charged with contempt of Superior Court
• Kenneth Shane Prickett, 24, 503 Harry McCarty Road, Bethlehem, charged with tail lights/tail light lenses required and driving while license withdrawn
• Lisa Marie Reynaga, 39, 218 Carson Wages Road, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Arnetta Jewel Richardson, 44, Mountain Creek Mobile Home Park, Lot 1A, Monroe, charged with three counts probation violation

• Joseph Martin Swafford, 64, 316 Carter Road, Lot 124, Auburn, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Terry Gene Truelove, 31, 311 Colony Springs Court, Woodstock, charged with false imprisonment, three counts simple assault (family violence), battery (family violence, first offense) and cruelty to children
