• Emerson Elder Farmer, 37, 21 Marion-Lay St., Apt. 15-B, Winder, charged with affray (fighting) and aggravated stalking
• Kimberly Dawn Farmer, 33, 471 Carl Bethlehem Road S.W., Winder, charged with affray (fighting)
• Gerald Ray Fleming, 43, 833 Kendall Park Drive, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Andrew Charles Fuller, 47, 242 A W. Oak St., Winder, charged with criminal trespass, loitering, obstruction or hindering law enforcement and disorderly conduct
• Adrian Garcia-Lopez, 24, 2741 Cherokee Road, Athens, charged with new resident must register in Georgia within 30 days, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent and expired or no driver’s license
• Brian Michael Gee, 28, 2310 Atlanta Highway, Bogart, charged with probation violation
• Cassandra MacFarland Hale, 22, 1225 Willow Drive, Auburn, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI – alcohol
• Ryan Jerel Jackson, 24, 426 N. Ridge Lane, Winder, charged with contempt of Superior Court
• Broderick Kiwanice Jones, 24, 1390 Morrow Drive, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Robert Bruce Kimball, 49, 508 Saddle Ridge Drive, Bethlehem, charged with battery
