• Kenneth Scott Brady, 42, 2494 Braselton Highway, Bethlehem, charged with possession of methamphetamine, three counts forgery in the third degree and three counts forgery in the fourth degree
• Corey Stanley Bramlett, 30, 419 Camden Drive, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense)
• Derrick Renard Campbell, 41, 67 Jefferson Road, Statham, charged with aggravated assault, battery and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Charles Edward Cayton, 33, 2195 Highway 11 N.W., Monroe, charged with aggravated assault, three counts cruelty to children and two counts battery (family violence, first offense)
• Ernest Cooper, 58, 90 Betts St., Winder, charged with pedestrian must walk on sidewalk/shoulder, open container, littering and public drunkenness
• Steven James Eddings, 29, 424 Powers Ferry Road, Marietta, charged with sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance
• Warren Shaun Flanagan, 45, 174 Mystic Lane, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, speeding in excess of maximum limits, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and DUI — alcohol
• Regina Ann Gazaway, 49, 1112 Summer Chase Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation and failure to appear
• Jermaine Deone Gray, 37, 1622 Wellswood Drive, Atlanta, charged with theft by receiving stolen property (felony)
• Anthony Eugene Hammond, 42, 301 B Russell Cemetery Road, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and driving while license suspended/withdrawn
• Ajisa Monay Hiller, 19, 381 Plantation Blvd., Lawrenceville, charged with driving without a valid license
• Cynthia Denise Hoskins, 47, 6371 Mossy Oak Landing, Braselton, charged with DUI — alcohol
• Joseph Anthony Irizarry, 50, 1441 Charter Oaks Lane, Lawrenceville, charged with DUI — alcohol, defective or insufficient brakes and driving without a valid license
• John Dexter Keeter, 46, 612 Fox Run, Winder, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, prescription drugs must be in their original container and seat belt violation
• Thomas H. Kennedy, 56, 338 Third Ave., Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, driving while license withdrawn and failure to obey traffic sign  
• Mamie Lynn Laclair, 46, 179 W. New St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Elliot Luis Lugo-Ruiz, 34, 232 Jamie Court, Winder, charged with public drunkenness
• Judy Phonethip Ngonhkeo, 22, 502 Greenfield Drive, Statham, charged with sale of marijuana — party to the crime
• Chelsie Dawn Nordness, 21, 788 Baskins Circle, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Tammy Lynn Reece, 39, 47 Star St., Bethlehem, charged with two counts probation violation
• Jeldi Ulises Rivas, 34, 1223 Ranch Drive, Charlotte, N.C., charged with trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine
• Daniel Keith Skinner, 48, 1419 Jones Road, Winder, charged with two counts simple battery (family violence, no contact bond) and unlawful conduct during a 911 call
• Trevor Stirling Spaid, 37, 4205 Hamilton Circle, Valdosta, charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct
• Tommy Moore Stowers, 27, 316 Carter Road, No. 18, Auburn, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Cynthia Yvonne Waters, 36, 352 Mitchell Road, Maysville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence (felony)
• Alicia Ann Wright, 23, 440 Lakeshore Road, Monroe, charged with failure to appear
