• Richard Dewayne Church, 43, 21 Savannah St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Juan Carlos Espinoza, 37, 1112 Providence Way, Lawrenceville, charged with DUI — alcohol, endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane and child or youth restraint not used properly
• Andrew Jason Felts, 31, 1411 Langdon Park Court, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI — alcohol
• Luis Alfredo Garza, 26, 1560 Farmington Drive, Apt. 110, Winder, charged with battery and cruelty to children
• Brian Keith Hall, 48, 2082 Highway 124 W., Jefferson, charged with probation violation
• Lacey Jaye Hanson, 25, 174 Colonial Hills Road, Winder, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Dwayne Raymond Howard, 31, 1905 Highway 82, Statham, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• J. Miguel Jiminez, 42, 61 Buena Vista St., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• Kenwin Shurmar Johnson, 29, 759 Tanners Bridge Circle, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Francisco Lopez, 22, 124 Second St., Apt. 44, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane and expired or no driver’s license
• Derrick Mikell Magee, 24, 23 Duke Circle, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, no contact bond), two counts cruelty to children in the third degree (family violence, no contact bond) and criminal damage to property in the second degree (family violence, no contact bond)

• Keith McCannon, 32, 49 Maypop Drive, Winterville, charged with theft by taking (felony)
