• Ann Gibson Baughcum, 26, 84 Elm St., Winder, charged with public drunkenness
• Gilbert Charles Colunga, 31, 238 Woodlawn Ave., Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Ernest Cooper, 58, 180 Capitol Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Jerry Thomas Davis, 43, 450 Bee Maxey Road, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol (third offense), driving on wrong side of road and failure to maintain lane
• David Austin Fuller, 34, 1406 Red Oak Way, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Marlon Antwone Gunter, 39, 1101 Otis Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane and improper stopping on roadway
• Rickey Eugene Gunter, 52, 5289 Old Cornelia Highway, Lula, charged with probation violation
• Heather Elaine Howington, 24, 220 Dewaters Road, Commerce, charged with failure to appear
• RJ Hunt, 30, 291 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Carl Fredrick Illing, 50, 3390 Venture Parkway, Duluth, charged with theft of service and two counts deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Darenda Gay Johnson, 47, 196 Graham St., Winder, charged with public drunkenness and disturbing the peace
• James Gregory Johnson, 53, 150 N. Broad St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Heather Leigh Kimbrough, 34, 541 Walton Drive, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Kenny Ray Knight, 42, 1685 Atlanta Highway S.E. Apt. 26, Statham, charged with battery, terroristic threats and acts, theft by taking (felony) and simple assault (family violence)
• Page Yvonne Nalley, 37, 1054 Springvalley Road, Athens, charged with failure to appear
• Brittnie Aaron Patterson, 29, 1910 Parker Drive, Statham, charged with simple battery (family violence)
• Melissa Ann Phillips, 38, 2608 N. West 58th Ave. B, Jennings, Fla., charged with probation violation
• Chuckarius Kelvon Prayer, 20, 284 Apperson Drive, Apt. 17, Winder, charged with abandonment of dependent child
• Lindsey Jay Puckett, 29, 110 McClehannon Road, Bethlehem, charged with battery/simple battery (family violence, no contact bond) and simple assault (family violence, no contact bond)

• Larry Darnell Sheats, 52, 173 First St., Athens, charged with driving while license withdrawn
