• Kenneth James Garrett, 39, 120 Second St., Winder, hold for Hall County Sheriff’s Office
• Tyrone Vernon Hall, 53, 162 Capitol Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Benjamin John Haney, 32, 1792 Oak Spring St., Statham, charged with reckless contact (no contact bond), willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, passenger must not interfere with operator (no contact), simple assault (family violence, no contact) and obstructing/hindering emergency call (no contact)
• Beth Ann Haney, 31, 1792 Oak Spring St., Statham, charged with four counts theft by deception and forgery in the first degree
• Curtis Lamar Howard, 51, 1744 Doc McLocklin Road, Statham, charged with theft by shoplifting
• Michael Clinton Hughes, 39, 80 Green Tree Drive, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• William Jordan Lee Johnson, 21, 589 Loganville Highway, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Brenda Lee Lancaster, 46, 787 Christmas Ave., Bethlehem, hold for DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office
• David John Levac, 43, 7858 Highway 124 W., Hoschton, charged with unlawful entry upon property, possession of open alcohol container, possession and use of drug-related objects and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Randel Ellis Mackey, 27, 357 Second Ave., Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Andrea Maria Maldonado, 37, 823 Eastmont Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
