- Kimberly Dale Epps, 44, 126 Arnold Road, Winder, or 905 Justin Drive, Statham, charged with theft by receiving stolen property (felony, no contact bond) and theft by deception (no contact bond)
- Aurelio Guevara-Reyes, 33, 161 Hiawassee Ave., Athens, charged with expired or no driver’s license
- Anthony Eugene Hammond, 42, 301 B Russell Cemetery Road, Winder, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked
- Tracy Lashawn Hector, 38, 935 Century Oak Drive, Winder, charged with battery (no contact bond)
- Kodey James Herbert, 21, 1520 Box Circle, Winder, charged with simple battery (family violence)
- David Hernandez-Rivera, 38, 2008 Highway 129, Jefferson, charged with driving without a valid license
