• Richard Clark, 36, 155A Quail Valley Road, Auburn, charged with driving without a valid license
• Otilio Tomas Dominguez, 30, 1695 Graves Road, Apt. 306, Norcross, charged with expired or no driver’s license
• Jose Enrique, 53, 130 Westwood Drive, Athens, charged with driving without a valid license
• Ronald Edward Folkerts, 45, 696 Creekstone Drive, Bethlehem, charged with battery and simple battery
• Gerald Godina, 50, 18 Herald Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane, failure to report striking fixed object and hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident
• Micah Paul Gremillion, 36, 860 Peachtree St., No. 1605, Atlanta, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container and failure to maintain lane
• Rhonda Jean Harwell, 59, 431 Bowman Mill Road, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane and possession of a schedule II controlled substance
• Justice Deion Hayes, 20, 369 Hammond Road, Statham, charged with false report of a crime
• Kathi Smith Hooper, 55, 3013 Miller Bottom Road, Loganville, charged with probation violation
• Kelly Lynn Jackson, 41, 186 Giles Road, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane, DUI — alcohol, possession of open alcohol container and fleeing or attempting to elude police officer
• Willie Eugene Johnson III, 20, 2018 Broad St., Statham, charged with possession and use of drug-related objects
• Ninja Renard Little, 29, 564 Peter St., Statham, charged with four counts probation violation, failure to register as sex offender, failure to appear, seat belt violation and giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers
• Justin Chadwick Maddox, 36, 411 Pendergrass Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Kimberly Star Mullins, 32, 124 Second St., Apt. 14, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Shannon Richie, 20, 362 Sanders Circle, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Morgan Elizabeth Ann Stinchcomb, 20, 1000 Montage Way, Atlanta, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement and possession of marijuana
• Scott David Walsh, 46, 65 Angel St., Bethlehem, charged with driving while license withdrawn
• Kasi Elizabeth West, 20, 254 Northwood Terrace, Clarksville, Tenn., charged with possession of marijuana
• Marc Roland West, 43, 1695 Graves Road, Apt. 1929, Norcross, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
• Robert Zachary Wilson, 19, 79 Bowman Mill Road S.E., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Cynthia Elaine Wise, 43, 1443 Hardigree Road, Winder, charged with theft by taking, illegal possession of controlled substance, prescription drugs must be in their original containers and financial transaction card theft
• Darrell Matthew Wright, 36, 75 Nunnally Road, Winder, charged with probation violation and contempt of Superior Court
