• Chelsea Tara Baldwin, 23, 741 Ridgeland Road, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, possession and use of drug-related objects and failure to have license on person
• Rashard Marqese Blackwell, 20, 1171 Blasingane Road, Monroe, charged with failure to appear
• Quinnthony Dwight Brown, 31, 2360 W. Broad St., Apt. D6 or 416, Athens, charged with failure to appear
• Gail Lynn Campbell, 34, 5755 Hickore Wood Lane, Buford, charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Teresa Lynn Crowe, 45, 371 Harbins Road, Dacula, charged with probation violation
• Justin Allen Dilbeck, 29, 1982 W. Spring St., Monroe, charged with driving while license withdrawn
• Donald Leon Edwards, 47, 2064 Stanley Christian Road, Monroe, charged with public drunkenness
• Shalaina Blair Edwards, 26, 488 Monroe Highway, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, wrong side of road and failure to obey stop sign
• Jose Enrique, 54, 130 Wood St., Athens, charged with driving without a valid license and brake light/turn signal violation
• Joseph Wayne Etheridge, 49, 2590 Cherokee Drive, Greensboro, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Nicholas Paul Fortner, 33, 836 Highway 211 N.E., Winder, charged with criminal trespass, simple battery (family violence) and three counts probation violation
• Lynn Ellen Fulton, 37, 937 Honey Suckle Trail, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Taylor Ray Gaddis, 18, 1771 Davenport Road, Braselton, charged with marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce and furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcohol beverages by person under legal age
• Lixuan Guan, 40, 1220 Crabapple Circle, Watkinsville, charged with disorderly conduct
• Robert Lewis Heard, 43, 180 Oak Drive, Social Circle, charged with probation violation
• Aaron Craig Hinman, 22, 271 E. Wright St., Apt. 14, Winder, charged with marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Shane Everette Knight, 37, 160 Alicia, Winder, charged with simple assault (family violence) and battery (family violence)
• Patrick Jason Love, 30, 7305 Ashley Oaks Drive, Cumming, charged with theft by taking
• Jeffrey Hank Lucas, 37, 407 Harmony Lane, Auburn, charged with theft by bringing stolen property into state — felony, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent, driving without a valid license and defective tires
• Derrick Justin Mayweather, 32, 48 Horton St., Winder, charged with sale of a schedule I or II controlled substance
• Ronnie Leon O’Neal, 52, 145 Shield St., Winder, charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct
• Paula Yolanda Ponce, 24, 2460 Spring Road, Apt. F52, Gainesville, charged with probation violation
• Dylan Chad Rider, 18, 379 Cross Creek Court, Auburn, charged with theft of service and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Germain Rodriguez Roberts, 32, no address listed, hold for Cobb County
• Edsgar Santos-Miranda, 20, 185 E. Broad St., Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and three counts child or youth restraint not used properly
• Paul Charles Sessions, 30, 1534 Oak Hill Road, Auburn, hold for Spalding County
• Thomas Logan Shiver, 19, 15 Stone View Drive, Hoschton, charged with DUI — alcohol, speeding in excess of maximum limits, failure to maintain lane and furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age
• James Albert Standridge, 56, 128 Mears Road, Winder, charged with three counts terroristic threats and acts and two counts disorderly conduct
• Albert Sweat, 40, 504 Heritage Lane, Winder, charged with burglary in the first degree, two counts criminal trespass and probation violation
• Montez Arlando Watson, 27, 90 Elm St., Bethlehem, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, tail lights/tail light lenses required, three counts probation violation and two counts contempt of Superior Court (child support)
