• Jerico Latroy Barnett, 25, 337 Oxford Way, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, no contact bond) and criminal trespass
• Mark Celso Cofino, 52, 2474 Highway 330, Bogart, charged with probation violation
• Edward Charles Taze Collins, 25, 332 Clover Drive, Auburn, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and improper use of central turn lane
• Deanna Maria DeJesus, 25, 101 Giles Road, Winder, charged with seat belt violation and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Dominique Hassan Domino, 23, 4541 Cascade Road S.W. f12, Atlanta, charged with failure to maintain lane and driving while license withdrawn
• Jennifer Elaine Garcia, 37, 1143 Shephard Place, Stone Mountain, charged with probation violation
• Lee Allen Garmon, 39, 86 East Ave., Auburn, charged with seven counts deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Melissa Louise Garmon, 36, 1487 Berry Way, Auburn, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Jermaine LeJuan Gates, 39, 122 E. Kimball St., Winder, hold for Gwinnett
• Amy Leoma Green, 34, 1100 Ewing Chapel Road, Dacula, charged with probation violation
• Pete Lemont Gresham, 24, 586 Peters St., Statham, charged with failure to maintain lane, defective tires and DUI — alcohol
• Roberto Hernandez-Rosales, 39, 1688 Prince Ave., Athens, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and expired or no driver’s license
• Randall Caroll Holman, 51, 558 Freeman Brock Road, Auburn, charged with DUI — alcohol, driving while license withdrawn, tail lights/tail light lenses required, possession of open alcohol container and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Shaun Dante Holmes, 35, 169 Mayweather Drive, Bethlehem, charged with DUI — alcohol, speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent and violating restriction of driver’s license
• Barry DeShawn Hulbert, 22, First St., Statham, hold for Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office
• Trevor Anthony Hutchinson, 65, 2623 Betty Drive, Buford, charged with conduct on premises, means of egress liability, lock latches slam devices, overcrowding (247 counts), missing fire extinguisher for cooking and fire extinguisher out of date
• Darrell Jerome Jackson, 30, 115 Greenwood Drive, Bogart, charged with manufacture/deliver/distribute/administer/sell/possess with intent to distribute controlled substance, receipt, possession of transfer of firearm by convicted felon, two counts illegal possession of controlled substance, obstruction of law enforcement, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies and theft by receiving stolen property
• Felix Montez Kemp, 43, 277 Springdale Road, Winder, charged with entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft
• Patrick ONeal Malcom, 21, 1315 Monroe Ave., Monroe, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits, passing in no passing zone and defective tires
• Melvin Mathis, 49, 106 Corey Court, Statham, charged with window tint violation
• Charles Russell McDaid, 55, 413 E. Midland Ave., Winder, charged with manufacture/deliver/distribute/administer/sell/possess with intent to distribute controlled substance, receipt, illegal possession of controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession and use of drug-related objects, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit felonies and theft by receiving stolen property

• Mark Christopher Parker, 26, 754 Carter Road, Auburn, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Mario Antwaun Peters, 23, 521 Jones Road, Statham, charged with manufacture/deliver/distribute/administer/sell/possess with intent to distribute controlled substance, illegal possession of controlled substance and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Paula Yolanda Ponce, 24, 2460 Spring Road, Apt. F52, Gainesville, charged with probation violation
• Victor Blaine Pulliam, 38, 279 S. Burson Ave., Bogart, charged with theft by taking, theft by receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, theft by taking (felony), expired or no license plate or decal and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Carolyn April Rickert, 39, 489 Shannon Way, Lawrenceville, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices and driving while license withdrawn
• Leo Rodriguez, 29, 62 McCarty Road, Lot 14B, Statham, charged with driving without a valid license and child or youth restraint not used properly
• Chad Quinton Starling, 34, 333 Timber Ridge Lane, Auburn, charged with probation violation
• Albert Sweat III, 40, 504 Heritage Lane, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and speeding in excess of maximum limits
