• Leonora Charmaine Brown, 42, 723 Jockey Lane, Auburn, charged with driving without a valid license, failure to maintain insurance and failure to obey signs and control devices
• Jason Paul Burbage, 38, 4250 Herring St., N.W., Covington, charged with probation violation
• Jose I. Candelaria, 25, 204 Glenview Terrace, Winder, charged with failure to obey stop signs or control devices and expired or no driver’s license
• Andy Ray Evans, 53, 437 Elm St., Commerce, charged with two counts probation violation 
• Quentin Jerome Evans, 27, 309 Dreamland Court, Winder, charged with criminal trespass (family violence), obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call and parole violation
• Katlynn Ann Finkel, 24, 611 Brendlynn Court, Suwanee, charged with headlight requirements, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession and use of drug-related objects
• James Preston Franklin, 29, 161 N. Broad St., Winder, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession and use of drug-related objects
• Larynee Darmontre Gray, 43, 174 Wood Ave., Winder, charged with criminal trespass
• Vincent George Green, 55, 709 Russell Ridge, Winder, charged with driving while license withdrawn and failure to obey stop sign
