• Daniel Jason Bruton, 35, 135 Bill Rutledge Road, Winder, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices and DUI — alcohol
• Adele Lina Caluori, 46, 116 Monroe Highway, Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Brandon Deandre Carter, 38, 140 Horton St., Winder, charged with aggravated assault (family violence, no contact), cruelty to children, two counts simple assault (family violence, no contact) and two counts simple battery (family violence, no contact)
• Misty Michelle Chambers, 34, 690 Melinda Drive, Winder, charged with failure to appear
• Joshua Daniel Cochran, 26, 133 Mears St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Tracey Ricky Daniel, 20, 211 Rainbow Lane, Winder, charged with theft of lost of mislaid property
• Eddy Layton Delaigle, 44, 28 Poplar Lane, Colbert, charged with knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked license, failure to maintain insurance and driving while license withdrawn
• Andrew Jason Felts, 32, 1411 Langdon Park Court, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol
• Anthony Leon Goddard, 28, 3415 Briscoe Drive, Monroe, charged with child abandonment
• Damaris Noelia Gutierrez, 33, 221 Daley Ave., Winder, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to signal lane change or turn
• Curtis Nathaniel Jackson, 43, 1753 Jessica Court, Bethlehem, charged with probation violation
• Cedric Cornell Jefferson, 29, 199 Dean Way, Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol and failure to maintain lane
• Dereck D’Angelo Johnson, 47, 673 Tanners Bridge Circle, Bethlehem, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, speeding in excess of maximum limits, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and DUI — alcohol
• Steven James Martin, 46, 1400 Gin Mill Court, Monroe, charged with two counts obstructing or hindering persons making emergency telephone call, simple assault (family violence, no contact bond) and simple battery (family violence, no contact bond)
