• Ray Martin Clark, 38, 85 Hickory Bluff, Braselton, charged with too fast for conditions, driving while license suspended or revoked, failure to maintain insurance, possession of open alcohol container, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, obstruction or hindering law enforcement, two counts prescription drugs must be in their original containers, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and driving while declared a habitual violator

• Keshandra Shameal Geter, 22, 308 B Tanglewood Drive, Monroe, charged with probation violation
• Zenobia Laurel Griffin, 27, 6 Candlewood Terrace, Apt. 1, Winder, charged with two counts theft by taking (misdemeanor), three counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor, four counts cruelty to children, four counts burglary in the first degree, criminal attempt to commit a felony, theft by taking (felony), false report of a crime and obtaining, attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery, concealment of fact
• Christie Lynn Gunter, 33, 1439 Solomon Drive, Winder, charged with deposit account fraud/bad checks $499 or less
• Tracy Lashawn Hector, 39, 6 Candlewood Terrace, Apt. 2, Winder, charged with contempt of Superior Court
• Dacquiri Nicole Huff, 21, 173 Scott Drive, Winder, charged with four counts burglary in the first degree, theft by taking (felony), two counts theft by taking (misdemeanor), four counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor, four counts cruelty to children and obtaining, attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery, concealment of fact
