• Douglas Edward Daniel, 49, 1421 Providence Road, Statham, charged with failure to obey stop sign and driving while license withdrawn
• Scott Eugene Dempsey, 33, 2649 Westminster Lane N.W., Conyers, charged with failure to maintain lane, possession of open alcohol container, operation of unregistered vehicle or vehicle without current license revalidation decal and DUI — alcohol
• Stephan Lamar Fitzgerald, 23, 556 Cairo St., Atlanta, charged with possession of open alcohol container, DUI — alcohol and equipment used improperly — excessive noise
• Hillius James Flint, 46, 416 Walker Drive, Monroe, charged with violation of conditions on limited driving permit and loitering
• Joe Andrew Gillis, 49, 1149 Otis Drive, Winder, charged with four counts simple assault (family violence), DUI — alcohol and two counts endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Racheal Leah Gunter, 25, 1618 Summit Ridge, Auburn, charged with two counts battery (family violence) and three counts cruelty to children — allow child to witness felonies/battery/family violence
• William Junior Hampton, 58, 31A Parker Road, Auburn, charged with aggravated assault (family violence, no contact bond) and simple assault (family violence, no contact bond)
• McKenzie Lane Harris, 18, 1765 Meadowchase Court, Snellville, charged with probation violation
• Johnny Lee Hinton, 55, 135 Martha St., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct
• Bobby Eric Johnson, 26, 225 Bellview St., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Robert Francis Layde, 29, 318 Ryan Road, Winder, charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI — drugs
• Jerry Estee McDonald II, 50, 1243 Bethlehem Road, Statham, charged with DUI — alcohol
• Jathan Nicholas Metcalf, 30, 176 Griffith St., Winder, charged with probation violation and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Timothy William Nalley, 39, 68 Matthews School Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Misty Dawn Riordan, 41, 1314 Lucky St., Griffin, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers and hold for Spalding County
• Dewayne Leon Sanders, 31, 2 Woodland Road, Auburn, charged with parole violation
• Tiffany Reanna Simpson, 27, 4181 Gainesville Highway, Buford, charged with failure to maintain lane, driving while license suspended or revoked, DUI — alcohol and endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Mercedes Sha Martha Sims, 22, 1100 S. Main St., Conyers, charged with giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Cammie Ethleen Smallwood, 31, 127 Magnolia Ave., Jefferson, charged with three counts probation violation
• Christian Jose Valentinvega, 29, 728 Villa Ridge Parkway, Lawrenceville, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and reckless driving
• David Allen Wright, 55, 3518 Westgate Drive, Gainesville, hold for other
