• Michael Allen Cooper, 27, 158 Paper Mill Road, Apt. 2304, Lawrenceville, charged with driving while license withdrawn and three counts child or youth restraint not used properly
• Alexandra Rae Engle, 23, 271 Wright St., Apt. 36, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, no contact bond) and simple battery (family violence, no contact bond)
• Roger Flint Ford, 22, 505 Cool Weather, Lawrenceville, hold for Gwinnett
• William Russell Gailey, 46, 824 Railroad Ave., Clarkesville, charged with probation violation
• Luis Garcia, 30, 857 Ode Peppers Court, Bethlehem, charged with failure to maintain lane and expired or no driver’s license
• Kevin Andrew Hambrick, 21, 271 E. Wright St., Winder, charged with illegal possession of controlled substance and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Christina Stella Hammond, 33, 301 Russell Cemetery Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Dacquiri Nicole Huff, 20, 266 Sanders Drive, Winder, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers
• Hayden Troy Jones, 20, 2425 Bear Creek Road, Statham, charged with DUI — alcohol/under 21 years of age/.02 grams or more, furnishing, purchasing and possession of alcoholic beverages by person under legal age, failure to report striking fixed object, too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane and seat belt violation
• Mayra Guadalupe Juarez-Rodriguez, 20, 852 Brisco Mill Road, No. 34, Bethlehem, charged with expired or no driver’s license and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Donald Demetrius Kilgore, 41, 509 Yargo Lane, Winder, charged with battery (family violence, first offense) and battery
• Michael Lee Knight, 45, Lot 23 Main St., Auburn, charged with failure to appear
• Niketa Martina Moon, 29, 122 E. Kimball St., Apt. 46, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Brittany Michelle Pace, 22, 266 Saunders Drive, Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Donald Jeffrey Patton, 44, 1143 Augustine Drive, Auburn, charged with seat belt violation for 18 years of age and older and driving while license suspended or revoked
• Barbara Ann Taylor, 43, 480 Thurmond Circle, Statham, charged with DUI — alcohol/controlled substance present blood/urine and failure to maintain lane
• Brian Anthony Wilson, 24, 1872 Parker Drive, Winder, charged with failure to appear
